Valentine’s Day is my favorite theme in my special education class. Free Valentine’s Day activities make it even better! Something about all the hearts, pink, and kindness makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
Every year leading up to Valentine’s Day, I make sure my class engages in acts of kindness, Valentine’s Day theme crafts, and baking! On Valentine’s Day, I dress the tables in red table clothes and hang red and pink banners. It’s so easy to decorate with materials from the dollar store. Just a little decoration goes a long way! The kids love it, and it is a much-needed distraction from the middle of the Winter, cold weather.
Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to break the bank! That is why I’ve located some of the best free Valentine’s Day activities for special education classrooms. These are some top-notch teacher-authors who are wanting to share their materials with you. Click the links below and be sure to check out what else they offer in their shops!
